A pen that's not in use (for example, empty between flocks or being cleaned) drops out of production, mortality and the daily report from the chosen date. Deleting a pen removes it from today on; its past records stay in History. Brooding pens (named Br Pen …) are left out of egg production.
From this date the new pen appears in production and mortality, and must be filled in before the daily report can be submitted. Earlier days are not affected.
Set the price of one crate for each egg size. Sales use these prices to work out the value.
